Set in a realm of everlasting night time, Grim Omens places the participant within the footwear of a fledgling vampire, a creature of blood and darkness struggling to take care of the grip on their fading humanity in a mysterious and hostile world.
The sport combines traditional dungeon crawling parts, acquainted turn-based fight mechanics, and numerous tabletop and board sport influences to create an immersive and accessible old-school RPG expertise.
The third entry within the Grim collection, Grim Omens, is a standalone sequel to Grim Quest. It refines the established formulation of Grim Quest and Grim Tides, all of the whereas providing an intricate story and detailed lore that ties in with earlier video games in unusual and surprising methods.
Impressed by old skool dungeon crawling video games, in addition to ttRPG classics resembling Vampire (The Masquerade, The Darkish Ages, Bloodlines) and Dungeons and Dragons' Ravenloft (Curse of Strahd).
