Based on the Wall Avenue Journal, the videogame large Digital Arts is nearing a $50 billion deal to go personal. A gaggle of buyers, together with private-equity corporations Silver Lake and Saudi Arabia’s Public Funding Fund, could announce a deal for Digital Arts as quickly as subsequent week. The report says it “would doubtless be the biggest leveraged buyout of all time.”
