Connecting my google play account to a recreation asking so as to add new account

I'm attempting to attach my google play account to a recreation (NFS: No Limits) to revive outdated progress and each time it opens my settings asking so as to add a brand new account (see screenshots) though my account is already on my cellphone and works with the whole lot else, if I attempt to sort in my account's e-mail deal with it says the account is already on my cellphone (third screenshot), but offers me no choice to decide on it. Anybody know methods to repair this?
